- When you see an item that you want to buy, simply click on "ADD TO BASKET" button at the bottom and the item will be added to the shopping cart.
- On your "What's In My Cart" screen, simply click on "CHECKOUT" button. If you want to cancel this order, click on "Remove" and "UPDATE" button ; if you want to continue shopping, click on "KEEP SHOPPING" button.
- On "Welcome, Please Sign In" screen, please enter "My Account Information" as a new customer. If you are a returning customer, simply enter your "email address" and "password" to sign in.
- On "Delivery Information" screen, please review your "shipping address" and "shipping method" and click on "CONTINUE" button.
- On "Payment Information" screen, review your "billing address" and click on "CONTINUE" button. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. At the same page where there will be a box to enter a Redeem Code, enter your code if you happen to have one and click the "redeem" code, and the discount amount will be dedeuted from your total purchase.
- On "Order Confirmation" screen, simply click on "COMFIRM ORDER" button to submit your request.
- On "Check Out" screen, if you have a PayPal account, simply enter your "PayPal password" to proceed your order; or enter your "Billing Information" to proceed your order.
- You will receive an auto-send confirmation of your order by email within 24 hours.
- Credit Cards Through Paypal: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through PayPal. PayPal is secured by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), an encryption technology that offering the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means you can be assured that communications between your browser and this site's web servers are private and secure.

- Money Order / Personal Check: Our online ordering system is set up for credit card transactions. However, personal checks or money orders are also accepted. We are requested by law to add a sales tax of 7.0% to all the orders shipped to South Carolina addresses. Sales tax is not collected on orders shipped to addresses outside South Carolina.
- A Touch Of Asia is proud to offer $8.00 FLST SHIPPING RATE FOR ALL RETAIL PURCHASES WITHIN USA. Extra shipping charge will be added for express services as requested.
- Currently Shipment is only made within USA. Most orders are shipped via USPS First-Class/Priority Mail. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your order within 3 business days which will arrive at your destination in 3-5 business days.

- Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. If the item is defective or you are not 100% Satisfied with it, please return it (in their original condition with tags attached as we sent it to you) by postage paid mail to us for a prompt exchange or we will refund your payment less 10% restocking charge. Worn or Used items are not accepted for exchange or refund. The return shipping of the item to us is at the expense of the customer.
- Please note that all retail purchases must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original condition for a full refund.
- To prepare your return: Please send us a notification email to email@example.com about the return within 30 days of purchase. We will provide you a return address. To expedite your return/exchange, please include your email address and item number(s). Please pack your Unworn and Unused items securely and send all returns or exchanges, insured, along with the original invoice and details in the original by postage paid mail. For your protection, please insure the jewelry for its full purchase price and request delivery confirmation. We will not process any returns until we receive the jewelry. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen jewelry, or jewelry that is damaged in transit.
Upon receiving the returned item, we will refund you 100% of the purchase price less 10% restocking charge.
