Wholesale:

A Touch of Asia online is a small representation of our jewelry. Online prices are suggested retail prices. Wholesale prices are only available to legitimate storefront retailers who provide a valid/current tax ID number/resale license or tax exemption form. Interested in carrying our beautiful handcrafed collections in your retail boutique, please email a request, complete store address and email address to atouchofasia@hotmail.com or call 864-992-7633. We will email you your wholesale price and ordering instuctions.

 Opening Order:

Opening Order: $250.00/ Reorders: $100.00

Lead time is 1-4 weeks. Since most of items are handcrafted, please allow sufficient time when placing orders. I will do my best to rush orders, but cannot guarantee rush order requests.

Payment Options:

We accept company checks or money orders made out to A Touch of Asia and Visa/Master/Discover/American Express. Credit card information must be supplied at the time of order. Returned checked will be assessed a $25.00 fee. Other terms are permitted only when authorization is given by A Touch of Asia.

Credit cards are not billed until until the items are ready for shipment - All items must be prepaid in full before shipment.

Change or Cancel an Order:

All change or cancellation must be made with five (5) working days after you place the order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Orders cancelled after five (5) working days will be charged 10% restocking fee.

Shipment:

We ship our Wholesale orders by UPS ground unless specified. You will be responsible for the shipping & handling charge from Greenwood, SC to your final destination in US.

Returns:

All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number obtained from our company. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All claims must be made within seven (7) working days of receiving your order. And the returned items must be returned within 14 days of the initial claim at your expense for exchange only. No returns or exchange allowed on special orders.

Back Orders:

We do our best to keep all of our items in stock for immediate delivery, however backorders do occur if we do not have the entire quantity ordered in stock. Items will be backordered if the total value is $50.00 and over. Otherwise, if we are out of stock, our apologies, please try again with your next order.

Please note that we do not charge for items that are backordered until they ship.Your backordered item(s) will ship out US Mail as soon as they come into stock with no additional shipping charges. If you do not receive your backorder within 30 days, please re-order the product.

Please e-mail or call customer service ASAP upon receipt of the notice if you do not wish to keep your items on backorder.
